What to Expect
The initial consultation takes about 1 – 1.5 hours and includes a patient intake, diagnosis, treatment plan and if appropriate, an acupuncture treatment. Emphasis is on learning about the nature of the health problem, patient education and prognosis.

Fees
$85 for acupuncture treatment.

Custom ground and individually prepared herbs are usually $5 per day. Certain herb formulas may be more expensive if rare ingredients are used. All of our herbs are GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified, sulfur free, and have been tested for DDT, Hexachlorabenzene, lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium and other contaminants.

Payment methods accepted are cash, check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Insurance
We currently accept over 1,900 insurance plans with companies such as Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Fiserv Harrington, Aetna and Cigna. Please contact your insurance provider and inquire if acupuncture is covered under your plan. Most insurance companies do not reimburse for herbs and this would need to be paid out of pocket.

Missed Appointment
Please notify us immediately if you are unable to make an appointment. There will be no charge if 24 hours notice is given; otherwise, the full cost of an office visit will be charged.
